The price per copy ($19.95) includes the cover price ($16.95) plus a $3 charge for delivery anywhere in the U.S. (Please use Amazon or another third-party seller for international orders; I don’t fill orders outside the U.S.) After clicking “Buy Now,” you can set the number of copies you want, then check out using PayPal or any card. I send books USPS Media Mail, which generally takes 2-8 days (delivery to Alaska or Hawaii takes 2-3 weeks).
NOTE: From early December 2018 through early January 2019, I will be away from my book boxes. So, any orders made during this period will be mailed in the second week of January (or so).
